I have tried to do this using alt+prt sc, but without success. I know you should be able to copy following this procedure, but it doesn't seem to work on DT. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

To do a screen capture please hold the ALT button on your keyboard down and then hit the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then open Microsoft Word or a photo editing program, such as Microsoft Paint (Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint) click on Edit - Paste. One key item to remember is that when you are doing this make sure that the window you want to copy is selected.
