This morning, I tried to search for AMT -- as I believe I had made mention of my position in a previous post -- and thought it might be useful to note that this trade had been stopped out. (So far, with DTP, I am 0 for 4.)
However, when I put AMT into the search function, I received a message saying that it refused to do a search on this symbol -- because it was "too short." I think this should be corrected.
It seems reasonable to me that we should be able to conduct searches on three-letter stock symbols -- or even shorter.
