I bought a stock yesterday, Dynamic Materials Corp. (BOOM) It was setting up in the SD room an aggressive buy trade idea.

Below is a copy of the current BOOM DT Profile, an eSignal daily chart with trading parameter references, and details of my buy order.

The target objective has been hit this morning. I need to now determine how to proceed with this trade. Here are my choices: (1) cover, lock in profits; (2) take half profits now, move stop to breakeven on rest; (3) stay 100%, move Stop to breakeven. Since I only bought 100 shares, and because DT Profile and Trade Balance still show good individual stock, group and sector strength qualities, I will keep 100%-- for now-- and will move my stop to breakeven.

If conditions develop warranting a change in my strategy, I will update this thread to keep you abreast of any changes in logic. -mr

Marc:

I was duely monitoring Trade Balance & Matrix Screens waiting for entry point back into market. What did you do to id trade?? I set screens at RF 14 - 16, Stars at 3, avg vol 300k, RRR at 2.0. Are there certain conditions when settings should be changed. I don't mind being aggressive, but I don't want to push a trade just for sake of taking trade.
