Today might have a slight downdraft overall, but some groups could hold up better, such as Metals and Mining. Pre-market we see gold, silver, copper, platinum, palladium futures hooking back up.
So far stocks with earnings news this week- YUM, AA, later GE- all look potentially still bullish in their daily chart patterns.

It has taken a while now and we have sweat through this pullback phase in energy... but today a bunch of the trades people have asked about in our live class officially got triggered long again, and consistent buy rotation came in during the course of today to lead us to believe many of these trades will hit or exceed their targets this time. Will update as soon as possible with some examples.
We have discussed Chinese ADR's in our live class for a while. However, we do not support many of them in the DT Profile but we still like to look at them as chart patterns for possible trend trades. A couple friends sent me a list of Chinese ADR's for us to track... below is one of those lists from Bruce....
From Bruce: "Marcus: I have not run through this list of stocks in Dynamic Trend. I pulled them based on a quick review through Yahoo thumbnail charts and they looked fairly powerful. Of course, they would require substantial additional fundamental and technical work to qualify these as buy candidates, but you may find this an interesting place to start the prospecting process. Unfortunately, many of these stocks do not have along history, and may not be analyzed with DT. However, a few have been around for a year or more."

Jim, it looks like the PA trade hit its target in BCSI. I am still trying to figure out how to get the data to be adjusted for that split... It appears our fear for BCSI has evaporated as it now is in a much better situation with the last two days of rally strength, the newer high. Am not as worried about it now as was last week. Congrat's again on a good trade.
