If you are having problems getting into the new daily 10am " Real-Time Trading Application " webinar, check your link and make sure it has RT at the end of it. If not, type RT and hit <Enter> and it should find the class.

If the ePop webinar software loads up but you do not see nothing inside the screen but white background, look at the link to see if their is an "RT" at the end of it? If not, go up to the link and type RT at the link end. Hit <Enter> and it should now load up properly. We are not sure but some people it loads up correctly and others it doesn't. Check your internet browser to see if you are running the current version. MS Internet Explorer seems to work ok, but people who use Mozilla Firefox for their browser may have a situation where the last part of the link does not show up correctly. If you ever have this problem, just double check the link (above) to see if it is the same as what is showing up in ePop software. If something is missing, for example the letters, RT, then type in what is missing and hit <Enter> to solve the problem. If you still have problems PLEASE call the office (330-645-0800) or email (SUPPORT@DYNAMICTREND.COM) so someone in support can help you get into the class.
Make sure you have the latest version of whatever internet search engine you are using. For example, I use Mazilla Firefox and was encountering this problem loaded ePop, our internet presentation software. We went to [b]FIREFOX.COM to download the latest version, 2.0.0.1 and the plug-in needed for running ePop type software. Everything works fine now.[/b]
